Direct consumption: take it directly into the mouth and wait for it to dissolve slowly, 1-2 packs per day.

Drinking: Squeeze out and add about 100cc of warm boiled water, rinse and drink, 1-2 sachets per day.

1.Windmill Wellness offers an overseas forwarding service for ordered products. To meet our customers' requests, we will deliver the ordered products via international EMS delivery. The order amount consists of the product's retail price in Taiwan plus the estimated international shipping cost. There are no additional fees for this forwarding service.
