月子真的能調整你的體質！生小孩帶小孩真的很辛苦，早有耳聞莊醫師的名聲，真正吃了後覺得燉煮很方便、調養身體也有非常明顯的感覺！輕鬆調養的藥膳，一般風車生活的藥膳是分成產後4個禮拜的月子藥膳的！這次執行起來覺得燉煮很簡單、又方便料理，不需要特別去過濾，一包一包的直接丟入鍋內燉煮即可，月嫂也會拿去做食材搭配，而且有問題就直接line詢問風車生活的調理師，做最直接的處理，所以我覺得除了適合月嫂在家裡搭配以外，也非常適合住在國外的華人做食用。

產後30日滋養調理組的外觀像珠寶盒一樣，看起來優雅中帶著喜氣，內容物則依30天分成 4個調理階段，每個階段都有專屬的分層，循序漸進的吃。建議媽咪們在坐月子前一個月就先把坐月子手冊看過一遍，包括可以吃什麼、不可以吃什麼，以及了解蒸煮的方式，產後回到家，即使一個人在家也能輕鬆料理喔！

更完整而且有系統的調理

像是我本身有請月子媽媽，雖然月子媽媽都有一套自己常用的藥膳，但請月子媽媽搭配這個產後 30日滋養調理組，可以更完整而且有系統的調理，雖然多花了錢買組合，但其實買零散的藥膳請家人烹煮費用並不會比較便宜，而且份量也很不好抓！像是上次我坐完月子家裡冰箱的藥膳還堆的滿滿~讓我超頭痛！而且買零散的藥膳也不知道有沒有農藥的殘留或是重金屬！但風車生活的調理藥材都是有SGS檢驗合格的藥膳，也會讓我更加放心！
