From the 11th to the 15th day of menstruation: Monthly Herbal Tea - Restore
・From the 21st to the 25th day of menstruation: Monthly Herbal Tea - Recharge
Recommended to use continuously for 3 months.

［Mode of use]

Hot brew: 1-2 sachets per day, steep in 200cc hot water for 3-5 minutes, can be repeated several times.

Stew: Use 450cc of water, add chicken thighs, pork ribs or vegetables, stew for 15 minutes, to become a conditioning medicinal soup

1.Windmill Wellness offers an overseas forwarding service for ordered products. To meet our customers' requests, we will deliver the ordered products via international EMS delivery. The order amount consists of the product's retail price in Taiwan plus the estimated international shipping cost. There are no additional fees for this forwarding service.

2.By placing an order for overseas forwarding, the orderer agrees to bear the results of customs clearance, shipping costs, and any related expenses.

3.For overseas delivery areas, please refer to the EMS announcement. Deliveries will be subject to EMS announcements on the actual shipping day.

4.If the delivery area falls within Windmill Wellness’ distributor territories, the distributor will handle the collection and dispatch of goods to simplify the shipping timeline and operational procedures.
