1. Only product purchases over 3,000NT have free shipping. Purchases under 3,000NT come with a 150NT shipping fee. International shipping fees are charged separately.

Refund & Exchange Policy

1. After receiving the product within seven days (including weekends), if for any reason you wish to cancel your order, the product’s outer packaging and its components must not have been opened, tampered and the product must not have been used. If any of these circumstances have occurred, then we can no longer cancel the order and the customer can not ask for refund/ exchanges of any type.


2. Refunds and cancellations are not allowed for international shipments. If you need to change a product order, please cancel the original order then place a new order and send the original products back to us. After we receive the products, we will process the product exchange accordingly.


3. For all product exchanges, the product’s outer packaging must be fully in tact with no signs of tampering. This includes the product itself and all accessories, proof of purchase receipt, gifts, and any material that was provided with the shipment of the product.


4. If the product has any defects, the customer can request a refund.
