In modern OB/GYN medical field, much emphasis is placed on how to have a successful birth, deliver a healthy baby, while allowing the mother to recover as soon as possible. Many working women, upon giving birth, return to their work environments, take care of her children and have very little time to attend to her own health , so I hope that more and more women can be aware about proper and professional ways of post delivery recovery. |
